The Boulet Brothers have confirmed Dragula: Titans is the first new series to come out of their Dragula franchise expansion.

Titans will bring back drag superstars from the shows previous seasons to compete for $100,000 and headline the upcoming Dragula world tour

The winner will also be the first-ever recipient of the Dragula: Titans crown and title.

The show will keep some aspects of the original format, but will also include some brand new elements for viewers to delve into.

Fans have been promised a number of surprises, including “a haunted mansion full of shocking twists and turns that take place in a brand-new ‘underworld’ set that was built just for the season.”

In a statement, the Boulet Brothers said: “We wanted the show to feel familiar to fans, but we also wanted the set and format to feel elevated from a regular season to match the incredible talent of the artists we’ve brought together.”

“There are so many shocking twists and turns this year that the competitors affectionately renamed the show ‘Gagula’ during filming, and we really can’t wait for audiences to see it – this show is truly the most compelling content we’ve created to date,” they teased.

Judging the returning performers are a number of special guest judges.

David Dastmalchian, Cassandra Peterson, Alaska and Katya, Joe Bob Briggs, Barbara Crampton and Bonnie Aarons are just a few of the names confirmed to appear.

Dragula: Titans will be released 25 October, just in time for spooky season.

Episodes will come out weekly on Shudder and AMC+.
