Attention Troye Sivan fans! The pop superstar is set to release a new single soon.
Over the last few months, the ‘Bloom’ singer has been promoting his new music era with his dancy-heavy track ‘Rush.’
Since it’s release, the song has earned acclaim from critics and listeners for its production and unapologetically queer lyrical content.
While ‘Rush’ is still making waves with fans, Sivan recently announced that a follow-up single is right around the corner.
On 8 September, the ‘Angel Baby’ singer uploaded a TikTok that featured a sneak peek of his new sultry song ‘Got Me Started.’
“Can I interest anyone in a second single? Or should we just do another Rush remix?” he caption said.
The video also featured the young talent dancing in front of a mirror while a clip from the song’s plays in the background.

In an additional TikTok uploaded on 9 September, Sivan shared another snippet from the record alongside an inspiring caption about his love life.
“Let’s celebrate feeling emotionally dead after a traumatic relational experience and then remembering who you are and that people are hot,” he wrote.
In response to the news, fans have flocked to the singer’s comment section to express excitement for his seductive new single.
One fan wrote: “Troye can you drop this relatively soon so I don’t have to cling to a chorus for an entire month again please.”
Another person commented: “CANT WAIT TO BOP TO THIS.”
‘Rush,’ and ‘Got Me Started’ are set to appear on Sivan’s highly anticipated third studio album, Something to Give Each Other.
Due for release on 13 October, the record will feature contributions from Oscar Görres, Ian Kirkpatrick, Leland and Styalz Fuego.
“This album is my something to give you – a kiss on a dancefloor, a date turned into a weekend, a crush, a winter, a summer. Party after party, after party, after party. Heartbreak, freedom. Community, sisterhood, friendship. All that,” the ‘Dance For You’ singer wrote on Instagram.
Here’s hoping that Sivan will release ‘Got Me Started’ sooner rather than later.
