Mighty Hoopla will return with huge names such as Kim Petras, Rita Ora, Rebecca Black, Alison Goldfrapp and more.

Nelly Furtado and Jessie Ware have been announced as the headliners, with the festival once again taking place at Brockwell Park.

Furtado will be headlining Mighty Hoopla’s Saturday slot on 1 June while Ware, a festival regular, will take the Sunday night stage on 2 June.

Other acts to expect at the pop palooza will include Bananarama, Cher Lloyd, Eve, Lynx, Pxssy Palace, Rachel Stevens, SWIFTOGEDDON, The Veronicas and Walt Disco.

Speaking about Mighty Hoopla 2024, Ware said: “I am so honoured to be headlining the Sunday at Mighty Hoopla. It’s such a special festival full of joy and fun and I guarantee I will give you that in abundance. Thank you so much.

“It’s an important festival. They know how to throw the best party. To be a headliner is a massive deal. I can’t wait to bring the fun, the joys, the pearls and a whole lot of dancing to Brockwell Park. Thank you so much Mighty Hoopla.”

Alongside their stages, a new addition to the festival will include Queertopia; a specially crafted stage showcasing the best and up-and-coming names within the queer space. The specially crafted stage will platform rising names Lynks, Geo Jordan, Walt Disco, Nakhane, Karnage Kills, Buttmitzva and many more.

Glyn Fussell, Mighty Hoopla’s festival organiser, has described the upcoming event as becoming “queerer” and “more colourful each year”.

Jamie Tagg, a fellow organiser, added: “It’s a real testament to the festival, that we have been able to attract such huge names from across the world to Brockwell Park. Once again our production will be stepping up to ensure it’s a mind-blowing weekend for our audience.”
