Megami has opened up about her strategy on the latest episode of Drag Race, and fans are obsessed.

On the thrilling penultimate episode of season 16, the eliminated queens made a dramatic return to the ‘new and improved’ main stage, where they battled it out in a final LaLaPaRuZa Lip-Sync Smackdown.

With a $50,000 cash tip and the prestigious title of the ‘Queen of She Done Already Had Hers’ on the line, the talented contestants delivered drama, charisma, and stunning dance moves to fight for their spots.

While all of the queens’ performed their hearts out, New York talent Megami proved to be a standout with viewers due to her epic wins over Q, Amanda Tori Meating, and Mhi’ya Iman Le’Paige.

Shortly after the episode was released, Megami took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share further insight into her iconic strategy for each lip-sync.

“I really went into this LaLa with a plan for every possibility. I picked Janet cause I knew Q had her titty reveal and would NOT use it in a song about Domestic Abuse,” she wrote.

“I perform that Cher song all the time and I knew I could make it funny and campy against anyone. I knew Mhiya fucking HATED that GoGo’s song and we had a stronger storyline together.

“I brought the hand puppet thing just cause I knew I couldn’t out-dance Morphine so I went for funny. Baby, after lip-syncing 4x in a row, I was EXHAUSTED!! But I am so proud of myself.”

It didn’t take long for fans to flock to Megami’s mentions with messages of support.

One fan wrote: “You did so well girl, you showed up and showed OUT. Everyone underestimated the hell out of you, and you proved them wrong. so proud of u Megami!!!!”

Another viewer X user echoed similar sentiments, writing: “This strategy is the queer art we need to protect. Congrats Megami, you did great.”

A third fan tweeted: “You had me on the edge of my seat the entire time, you seriously rocked that entire thing!!”

A handful of Megami’s Drag Race sisters also uploaded heartwarming comments.

Drag Race UK vs the World star Marina Summers wrote: “You did soooo good sister! What a joy to watch!”

Geneva Karr added: “You did so great!! You should be very proud!! 2 Latinas in the top 2!!! And you turned it out.”

While Megami slayed all of her performances, she ended up in second place after losing the final lip-sync to Morphine Love Dion.
