Attention! Spoilers ahead

Drag Race star Alexis Michelle has opened up about her shocking All Stars 8 elimination decision.

For this week’s maxi-challenge, the queens were tasked with another design challenge.

However this time around, they were asked to create an original outfit “worthy of the Drag Race Hall of Fame” with materials based on past All Star winners – including Kylie Sonique Love, Shea Couleé, Trinity the Tuck, Monét X Change, and Trixie Mattel.

“Your mission is to transform these materials into your own signature look that screams ‘I’m a winner, baby,'” Ru explained.

In true Drag Race fashion, some of the queens – like Kandy Muse and LaLa Ri – struggled with the sewing aspect of the challenge.

While LaLa admitted to being nervous about her garments, the season 13 star was confident that the challenge’s top contender, Alexis Michelle, would save her if she landed in the bottom.

“I don’t know how I’m going to do in this challenge, lord be with me. But you know what? I know that Alexis is going to have my back because last week I saved her,” Lala explained in a confessional.

“We going to help each other out. Since I help you, you help me out.”

After strutting down the runway in their creative ensembles, Alexis was crowned the winner, resulting in LaLa and Kandy in the bottom two.

Unfortunately, LaLa’s prediction of Alexis saving her from elimination ended up being false after the latter pulled her lipstick.

“This decision feels more impossible than ever at this stage of this competition. And when I say that this feels like the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make, I’m not joking, bitch,” the season nine queen explained to Ru and the judges’ panel.

Shortly after the episode was released, fans flocked to social media to slam the New York queen’s decision and express their sadness over LaLa’s elimination.

In response to the outcry, Alexis uploaded an apology on Twitter, stating that “it was an impossible choice” and “a lose-lose situation.”

“Two incredible queens who I admire love n respect. I made a choice. After sleeping on it I wished I could have done it differently, I’m sorry for disappointing you. People make mistakes. I own this one. No edit, just me,” she wrote.

In an additional tweet, Alexis delivered a sweet message to LaLa, writing: “@MissLaLaRi nothing can dim your shine and roast chicken dinners on me for life.”

In a separate tweet, LaLa seemingly confirmed that there was no bad blood with Alexis before calling on fans to vote for her in the Fame Games.

“Thank you all for all of the love and support! My goal was to go back and give the full LaLa Ri Experience while having fun. I accomplished that, so in the end I still feel like a winner. I have nothing but love for my entire cast,” she wrote.

On the next episode of Drag Race All Stars 8, the queens are set to roast rotating judge Carson Kressley.
