To mark the release of his debut album Only Human, Calum Scott performed an exclusive headline show for the inaugural Gay Times Intimate & Live.

Our March 2018 cover star took to the stage to give incredible renditions of his hits Dancing On My Own, You Are The Reason and Rhythm Inside, receiving a standing ovation from the packed crowd at the end.

The set also gave him the chance to perform brand new songs, as well as sit down for a Q&A to speak about his new music.

“Love can get you through anything, and it can conquer all, and I just think it’s a very nice message to share with the world,” he said on stage about the sentiment of his new material.

“I’m finally happy and confident, and I’m a very very proud gay man.”

Calum also opened up about being a role model for the LGBTQ community, and hopefully helping younger people to come to terms with their sexuality.

“It’s so inspiring to have all these new artists giving a voice to the LGBT community, and I’m very proud to stand should-to-shoulder with them,” he said.

Calum Scott’s debut album Only Human reached Top 5 in both the UK and Australia upon its release last week.

The collection also topped 19 iTunes stores across the globe.

The singer will now embark on a headline tour of Europe this spring in support of the new music. You can check out all the dates and buy tickets here.
