Jiggly Caliente has shut down the trolls sending her hateful messages after it was announced she would be a judge on Drag Race Philippines.

The series is set to see 12 queens sashay their way into the Werk Room to try and become the first-ever winner from the country.

The show will be hosted by actor and model Paolo Ballesteros, who will join both Jiggly and KaladKaren on the judging panel.

However, since the line-up was announced, Jiggly has been subjected to hate from “fans” of the show who have told her they wanted Manila Luzon on it instead.

“I understand you wanted @manilaluzon to be in my place,” she wrote on 20 July. “She has her own show coming soon where you can support ,love n glorify her there. Can I just have this moment ? I’m not asking for much. I’m not asking you to accept the inevitable that I’m the judge on drag race Philippines.”

Responding to a fan, the season four star further clarified what she meant: “My point is she has her own show that she is hosting that comes out this year too. Both shows can exist in the same universe without taking from each other.”

Fans of Jiggly quickly replied to the tweet to show their love for the queen.

“U 100% deserve this Jiggly!! So happy for you,” one wrote.

A second added: “Don’t worry ma’am, we love whoever will it be. Whether it’s you or Manila, we will still appreciate it and we love it that it’s you. I am expecting a lot from you as a part of the judges. I hope you enjoyed your experience as a judge, love you and thank you.”

Another said: “THIS IS SO GREAT!! What an exciting opportunity!!! Anyone who is actually your friend would be happy for you & proud of you. this internet hate era is so pointless.”

All Stars 4 winner Trinity the Tuck also tweeted her support for Jiggly.

“Oh girl fuck these haters!” she stated. “Laugh in their fucking faces ! You are a judge and I celebrate you! So excited for you! Also extremely happy for Manila and her show too! TWO amazing queens getting bigger platforms! Y’all deserve it!”

Drag Race Philippines is set to premiere on WOW Presents Plus in the UK on 17 August, with new episodes airing on Wednesdays.
