Drag legends Cheryl Hole, Kitty Scott-Claus, Herr, Ophelia Love, Kyran Thrax and Yshee Black are bringing Gals Aloud back for one night only.

The group will pay homage to Girls Aloud, one of the greatest girl bands of all time, in a full blown drag extravaganza at the Lyric Theatre in London on 16 September.

Cheryl, who is known for competing on the first season of Drag Race UK and UK vs the World, said it is “always such an honour to perform on the West End”.

“This show is so joyous, fun and a celebration of the group who made me the artist I am today,” she continued.

Kitty, who along with Cheryl has performed as part of Gals Aloud before, added that the girls “always have the best time doing this show”.

The show, which is produced by TuckShop, the UK’s leading drag production company, will feature iconic Gals Aloud moments ranging from the group’s endless string of hit singles to their legendary TV appearances.

Each of the performers will play a different member of the group, which was made up of Cheryl Tweedy, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh.

The audience may even be lucky enough to see the queens recreate Nadine’s infamous lost passport scene, though that remains unconfirmed at this time.

“We have been itching to get the incredible Gals Aloud back to the West End stage, after selling out venues across the country, and a smash hit night at the Garrick Theatre in 2021, expect a camp night of nonsense packed with the hits of one of the most iconic girl bands ever,” Christopher Clegg, founder of TuckShop and director of Gals Aloud, said.

Tickets for Gals Aloud’s show are available here, with meet and greet options available.
