“One look at you I’m paralysed, I feel my body saying ‘Yas!'”

Cupid has struck with the motherlode this year as Kim Petras has treated all of her fans with a Valentine’s Day treat in form of infectious new song Heart To Break.

The throwback bop is brimming with glistening synths, a strut-worthy beat and a chorus sweeter than a heart-shaped box of chocolates.

“To all the broken-hearted people on Valentine’s Day – this song is for you!” Kim Petras said.

The star also told Gay Times how she likes to do on the romantic day, saying: “I like to spend Valentine’s Day watching Julia Roberts movies and throwing chocolate at the TV!”

However, Kim added: “I feel like I’m always breaking up right before Valentine’s Day, so it’s not necessarily my favourite holiday.”

As for words of wisdom when it comes to Valentine’s Day, Kim said: “My advice for all Valentine’s dates is to just chill out and not put too much pressure on it.”

To mark the release of Heart To Break, Kim has also launched a new hotline which fans can call.

What’s more, she has designed some Valentine’s cards to print out and give to your true love/secret crush on the big day.

Heart To Break comes hot on the heels of Kim’s previous track Faded, which debuted with a fierce music video last month.

Kim is on the cusp of breaking through big time, having amassed well over 15 million streams on Spotify alone since launching her music career back in the summer.

She has been releasing a new song a month since August, including bops such as Hillside Boys, Slow It Down and I Don’t Want It At All.

We’re yet to receive a title or release date for Kim’s highly-anticipated debut album, but we’re hopeful it’ll be released some time this year.
