The adult actor is incredibly honest when sharing how he acquired the virus.
Gay porn star Kayden Gray has told his fans that he is HIV-positive in a new video posted on his official YouTube channel.
“I’ve been thinking about making this video for a very long time,” he starts. “I know some people won’t like it, but that’s more of a reason why it should happen.”
Kayden explained that he acquired HIV three and half years ago, after having unprotected sex with numerous men at a sex party.
He added that he noticed the symptoms shortly after, and took three months off from sex because he “felt disgusting” and “unlovable”.
However, when he discovered antiretroviral treatment his viral load became undetectable, it became “safe to have a completely regular – if not, slightly crazy – sex life”.
That being said, Kayden asserts that the worst part of living with his diagnosis “is the judgment and the cruelty”.

It comes after a new study concluded that young people taking the latest HIV drugs now have a ‘near normal’ life expectancy.
