Trinity the Tuck addresses Drag Race All Stars 4 double winner reaction

The crowning of the latest season of All Stars hasn’t gotten the most positive reception.

RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 4 has collectively gooped a nation by crowning two winners. However, despite both Trinity the Tuck and Monét X Change slaying the challenge and lip sync, not everyone agreed with the double crowning.

Farrah Moan – who left the season in ninth place – tweeted: “Congrats to the winners!!! Love them both. However, let’s just make one thing CLEAR… a double win on a challenge, sure… but a double crown is so lame.

“Sorry they did u girls like that… oh well lmao at least finally it’s over.”

Detox wrote “wow” and then opined that she series shouldn’t air for a few more years.

However, others like Kennedy Davenport, Phi Phi O’Hara and Katya voiced their support.

And now Trinity the Tuck has gotten around to addressing the comments surrounding the double crowning.

Writing on Twitter, she put: “What a whirlwind the last few days have been! I haven’t had a chance to respond to many people let alone sleep! Thank you all so much for your kindness and support! What at first was a shock immediately turned into a realization of excitement!

“Two people were chosen to not split the prize but to be given a reward most deserving to both! Do you all realize how much this opportunity, recognition and $$$ is going to change myself and Monet’s life?? We are blessed! Don’t be sad, mad, upset for us cause guess what??

“We are doing just fine! Let’s all celebrate! #teammonet and #teamtrinity won! I can’t wait to meet you all this year and to share this new journey with you all! Again thank you all for so much love! Putting positive energy into the universe!”
