“These are some thirsty-ass queens who like to complain!”

Last week, Drag Race fans went absolutely bonkers over the All Stars 3 finale.

For those who aren’t in the loop, comedy queen Trixie Mattel was declared America’s Next Drag Superstar, conquering over fierce competitors such as Kennedy Davenport, Bebe Zahara Benet and Shangela. Fans were in uproar, claiming the latter was “robbed” due to her better track record and legendary status within the Drag Race community.

Now, Mama Ru herself has chimed in and spilt all the T during an interview with James Corden.

The host asked RuPaul for her opinion on the backlash, to which she responded: “Well, every season a lot of people are not happy, and then every season most people are very happy. So, you know, these are some thirsty-ass queens who like to complain, and that’s okay! If you want to watch a re-run of Matt Lauer, be my guest!”

She added: “But y’know, we have a winner. The truth is, they’re all winners James. If they’re on the show, they are a winner.”

Corden then questioned Ru on how to qualify for a position on the judging panel.

“Well, you know, I love blue eyes. A nice rotund ass. A sense of humour, sandy blonde hair. I love it all baby! I think you got the job,” Ru flirtatiously responded.

The upcoming tenth season of RuPaul’s Drag will premiere 22 March. It will debut on UK Netflix the day after.

To celebrate ten years since Drag Race premiered, the season will feature 90 minutes episodes and the return of Untucked on television.

RuPaul said: “To celebrate a decade of Drag Race we’ve pulled out all the stops. The queens, the challenges and the shenanigans are off the mother-tucking charts. And I’m thrilled that Untucked is back on VH1.

“‘Cause, henny, if you ain’t watching Untucked, you’re only getting half the story. Okurrr?”

She added: “While preparing for season 10, I realized that one of our contestants was 11 years-old when we first launched Drag Race.

“The fact that we’re still here and still going strong is because of our talented queens. They are the heart and soul of the series. And as they continue to evolve and push the boundaries of drag, so does Drag Race.
