The track marks an end of an era…
Sam Smith has announced that One Last Song will be the official second single to be lifted from his new album The Thrill Of It All.
The singer wrote the track as a “final wave goodbye” to the guy who inspired his multi-million-selling debut collection In The Lonely Hour.

It serves as the follow-up to Too Good At Goodbye, which peaked at No.1 in the UK earlier this year.
Today also marks the release of Sam’s second album The Thrill Of It All, which includes contributions from long term collaborator Jimmy Napes, as well as Timbaland, Malay, Jason ‘Poo Bear’ Boyd and Stargate.

The collection will be supported by Sam’s biggest headline tour to date, which includes arena shows across Europe in 2018.
What’s more, the British star will head up his own BBC special later this month. The one-off 60-minute show will air on 9 November.
The Thrill of It All serves as the follow-up to Sam Smith’s debut album In The Lonely Hour, which sold over 12.5 million copies worldwide.
It also earned Sam four Grammy Awards and three Brit Awards, while his Bond theme Writing’s On The Wall won him an Academy Award.
