GAY TIMES is back presenting its LGBTQ+ stage at The Great Escape music festival in Brighton.

Jessica Winter, Grove, Kai Bosch and Jazmin Bean will be performing at Club Revenge, Brighton’s most well-known queer venue on 12 May.

“Music has given us some of our greatest LGBTQ+ icons, which is why GAY TIMES remains committed to supporting the queer superstars of tomorrow,” said Lewis Corner, Editorial Director of GAY TIMES.

“As the UK’s best music festival for discovering emerging talent, we are delighted to be partnering with The Great Escape on their first-ever dedicated LGBTQ+ stage with some exciting new music acts. Grab your passes and come along to see first-hand the LGBTQ+ icons of the future.”

The Great Escape is a renowned three-day UK music festival that takes place in Brighton and Hove every May.

The event exists to showcase over 450 rising artists from across the world across 35 venues within the region.

This year, GAY TIMES will be reviving its iconic LGBTQ+ stage at Club Revenge giving a special spotlight to up-and-coming LGBTQ+ talent through our partnership with The Great Escape.

Adam Ryan, Head of Music at The Great Escape, added: “The Great Escape is looking forward to hosting the festival’s very first LGBTQ+ stage in Brighton this year.

“The Great Escape is proud of its diverse fanbase and has built up a loyal following within the LGBTQ+ community across the years.

“To show our support we have launched our first dedicated LGBTQ+ stage with GAY TIMES featuring some of music’s hottest new talent.”

If you’re not too familiar with the names, well, don’t worry – now’s your chance to get to know them before they hit the stage.

The four talented names taking to the stage presented by GAY TIMES have established themselves as standout artists.

An artist and producer, Jessica Winter is a goth synth-pop star that will hook you in with craft alt beats and brilliant lyricism.

Grove, a fierce mix of dancehall and unapologetic queerness, stokes up tunes destined to make an impact.

For fans of Ashnikko and Chloe Moriondo, nightmare grunge artist Jazmin Bean plays by their own rules. With their surefire set, get ready to be pulled into their sugary sweet demonic soundscape.

And, finally, we have London-based artist Kai Bosch who is just getting started. Blending emotive stakes and electronic twangs, Bosch is a captivating singer-songwriter at heart.

The Great Escape will take place from 10 to 13 May 2023, with the LGBTQ+ stage being held at Club Revenge on 12 May. Tickets are available for purchase here.
