A new trailer for My Days of Mercy premieres exclusively with Gay Times.
Directed by Tali Shalom-Ezer, the indie romantic drama follows Lucy (Ellen Page), whose dad is on death row, as she falls for Mercy (Kate Mara) who holds opposing political views to her family’s cause.
Starring alongside Ellen and Kate are Elias Koteas, Amy Seimetz, Brian Geraghty, Beau Knapp, Tonya Pinkins and Charlie Shotwell. My Days of Mercy premiered at TIFF in 2017, and is finally getting a UK release on 17 May.

After breaking through in critically-acclaimed comedy Juno, Ellen Page has gone on to star in several blockbuster movies including the X-Men series and Inception, and most recently moved to TV with Netflix’s The Umbrella Academy and the upcoming Tales of the City sequel.
Actress and model Kate Mara has starred in big-screen outings like Brokeback Mountain and The Martian, and a number of high-profile series including 24, House of Cards, American Horror Story: Murder House, and Pose.
