Listen to Cher’s rousing new ballad Walls

Grab those tissues…

Cher has debuted a brand new song titled Walls as part of a live performance at the One Young World conference in Bogota, Colombia.

The singer appeared at the event on 7 October, giving fans a first listen of the emotional ballad.

Cher first told her followers that she planned to sing this new number days earlier on Twitter.

“Do you know that everything is riding on, riding on us to save them,” Cher sings.

“Hope, look at this life, we built it all, I just want to see these walls crashing down.”

Walls is expected to be released in the near future with proceeds from sales to be donated to Free The Wild, Cher’s foundation which was created to protect wild animals in captivity.

Meanwhile, Cher recently announced plans for the launch of her brand new musical.

The Cher Show will play a limited pre-Broadway engagement in Chicago at Oriental Theatre from 12 June 2018 before heading to Broadway – opening officially in autumn.
