Bob The Drag Queen’s movie Cherry Pop just got a release date

“It’s time for somebody to get that cherry popped!”

Bob The Drag Queen’s new movie Cherry Pop will finally get a worldwide release on DVD and VOD on 22 September, after receiving its world premiere during New York City pride earlier this year. It’s available to pre-order now.

Directed by Assaad Yacoub, the film follows a night in the life of a failing drag bar and its larger-than-life performers. Expect quick wit, backstage backstabbing and plenty of fabulous drag.

As well as Caldwell Tidicue (aka Bob The Drag Queen), the cast features fellow Drag Race alumni Detox, Tempest DuJour and Latrice Royale, as well as Mayhem Miller, Misty Violet, Allusia Alusia, Miguel Sagaz and Lars Berge.
