“I’m serving up a new season of All Stars 5 and a new season of RuPaul’s Drag Race 12, and they’re coming soon to VH1!”

Are you gagging? Over the next few months, we’ll receive three seasons of the franchise back-to-back: Drag Race UK, Drag Race season 12 and Drag Race All Stars 5. Yeah, that’s a lot of Drag Race. Do we mind? Absolutely not.

Also today, BBC unveiled the first ever image of RuPaul on the British spin-off alongside the caption: “Listen up queens, here is your first ever glimpse of Mama Ru on Drag Race UK. Keep an eye out for EXCITING Drag Race news from across the pond!

“This is going to be a brilliant week for Drag Race fans.”

This October, ten sickening queens (who are yet to be confirmed) will sashay down the runway and compete for the title of Britain’s Next Drag Superstar for eight spectacular episodes on BBC Three.

“Oh my goodness, when they see this show, they are going to flip. And I predict that we will be doing this English edition of Drag Race for many years to come,” RuPaul said of the show’s future.

“I think also, audiences around the world are going to start to require the English version, because it’s different, it’s the same but it’s different. There’s a different tone.”

RuPaul will return as host and main judge alongside best squirrel friend Michelle Visage, as well as newcomers Alan Carr and Graham Norton, who will rotate every episode like Ross Matthews and Carsson Kressley on the American original.

It will feature a star-studded line-up of celebrity guests such as Lorraine Kelly, Stacey Dooley, Cheryl, Maisie Williams, Geri Halliwell, Andrew Garfield, Michaela Coel, Jade Thirwall, Twiggy, MNEK, Curtis Pritchard and AJ Pritchard.
