Tyra Banks wants to make a sequel to Coyote Ugly, and has some A-List stars in mind.

The America’s Next Top Model host looked back on some of her most iconic roles with PEOPLE, and confessed that she wants to star and produce in a follow-up.

“I’m dying to do Coyote Ugly 2,” Banks revealed. “I want to produce it — I just need to get the rights from Mr. Jerry Bruckheimer or work with him.”

When asked who she’d like to star in the sequel, Banks said: “Oh, Selena Gomez, that’d be good. Dancing on the bar?”

She continued: “Maybe Lady Gaga. The owner of the bar? The bada— owner,” Banks said.

Banks jokingly said that she’d love Meryl Streep to star, and to be “dancing on the bar with us”, before adding: “But, like, she would be the bar – she should be the bar! Method actor.”

Coyote Ugly starred Banks as Zoe, a bartender, alongside Piper Perabo, Maria Bello, Adam Garcia and John Goodman.

Despite receiving negative reviews at the time, the 2000 rom-com has become a cult classic, and is known for spawning LeAnn Rimes’ massive number one single, Can’t Fight the Moonlight.

Banks currently stars in the much-anticipated sequel to another classic film of hers, Life-Size.

The comedy premiered last weekend on Freeform as part of their 25 days of Christmas, and saw the American supermodel and businesswoman reprise her role as Eve, a plastic doll with some fierce lewks who transforms into a human being.

To celebrate the film’s release, we caught up with Chinese-American actor Hank Chen, who stars in the sequel as Brendan Butler, and he had nothing but kind words about working with Tyra.

“She’s an icon,” he told us. “I got to experience first-hand the reason why, and I will say one word: kindness. She went out of her way to talk to everyone, to be kind to everyone, all while having her son on set, running her multimedia empire.”
