Grab a chip off the old block!

Compton Street has a new resident and they are changing the way we see potato chips (that’s crisps to us, here)!

We had the pleasure of visiting HipChips in Soho and here are three things we learnt from that visit:

Chips are in no way just a side…

With a selection of dips to suit all dietary requirements as well as palate preferences, you can turn your hip chips into a meal that will certainly tickle your tastebuds.

Chips for dessert are pretty great!

Yes, you read right, there are chips specifically made for dessert. Coated in cinnamon sugar and with a selection of dessert dips, we were astounded at how well this worked! Pick from chocolate praline mousse, chocolate salted caramel, peanut butter & jelly, lemon tart and raspberries, cheesecake or crème brûlée for your dessert dips and get in on some sweet action.

Potato chips aren’t all that straightforward

Unlike your standard crisp packet chips – one variety, one taste, and despite the promise of different flavours, one kind of seasoning, HipChips sources different breeds of heritage potatoes to ensure that the taste and texture of your chips are truly unique.

Don’t believe us? Head down to HipChips and try them yourself!
