The holiday company have put diversity at the centre of their business.

Travel Trade Gazette named Hoseasons the LGBT-Friendly Travel Company of the Year at their prestigious annual awards, which took place at the Lyceum Theatre in London’s West End last night and was hosted by Rob Brydon.

The company – which specialises in self-catering holiday homes across the UK – has ensured their promotional materials across digital platforms show the diversity of their customers.

That includes race, sexuality, age and gender, upholding their inclusive company values.

“Winning awards like this matters to us because it demonstrates that all the hard work and dedication the team puts in day in and day out is worth it,” said Simon Altham of Hoseasons.

“We’ve made huge strides over the last 12 months to ensure we’re as inclusive as possible for staff and customers alike and I’m incredibly proud of the culture we have embedded across the business.”

The award comes just weeks after Hoseasons revealed that its commitment to diversity and inclusion has translated into more luxury lodge bookings from LGBT+ customers from across the UK.

What’s more, Hoseasons also walked away with Accommodation Supplier of the Year making it a double win on the evening.

Elsewhere, Celebrity Cruises won four awards, including Luxury/Specialist Cruise Line of the Year, Ocean Cruise Line of the Year, Supplier Sales Team of the Year, and Travel Company of the Year.
