You’ll never guess how many people attempt to access Grindr in Parliament every month

UK Parliament / Jessica Taylor

Cheeky MPs, Lords, staff and visitors make hundreds of thousands of attempts to visit Grindr whilst in Parliament every month, a Freedom of Information request has revealed.

The figures, which were recorded over several months last year, saw one month showing that 272,000 attempts had been made to access the hook-up app.

Anyone using on the parliamentary network, including visitors on the guest wi-fi, is banned from visiting dating sites like Grindr and Tinder, as well as porn sites – but none of this seemed to deter many people in the country’s most powerful place from looking for love online.

A thousand attempts were made to access Tinder, whilst YouPorn, Gaydar and such beauties as Fab Swingers and Swinging Heaven received hundreds of visits, according to The Mirror.

We’re happy to see Parliament spending its time wisely for once…
