The queer creatives of NYC: Free special edition of Gay Times

To celebrate NYC Pride 2017, we’ve created a free, special edition of Gay Times that offers a glimpse into the queer community of one of the most vibrant cities in the world.

This issue is packed full of celebrity interviews, arts and culture, and we delve deeper into the heart of NYC with features on some of our favourite queer creatives.

One such creative, Boy Radio, is this issue’s cover star. Radio is a recording artist and model whose modern style combines electro beats and smooth R&B. In a love letter to New York, he expresses what Pride means to him, and how it has shaped the man he has become. It’s about allowing him to live a ‘veil-free’ life and expressing his true self: “More open, more glamorous, more celebratory, more prideful, more sexual, more honest…”. Boy Radio will be performing at an exclusive Gay Times party in New York on 25 June.

From manscapers to drag artists this ‘veil-free’ life that Pride allows extends to all of our creatives, each one explaining what this celebration means to them personally. Check out our queer creatives of New York:
