Find your voice with BBC Radio 1’s Alice Levine and Marriott Hotels

Do you ever have trouble making yourself heard? Do you lack the confidence to command a room? Broadcaster and girl of the moment Alice Levine is teaming up with Marriott Hotels for a workshop to help you transform yourself for the better.

The Finding Your Voice workshop takes place on 30 May and sees Alice co-host alongside seasoned TEDx speaker and entrepreneur Stephan Balzer. The aim is to give guests the ability and confidence to address and audience, whether it’s in a business environment or delivering a best man’s speech.

Alice will draw on her personal experience as a public figure and uncover tips from her expert co-host to help attendees to find their voice. Alice’s TV career has seen her host a variety of shows across all the major channels, and she hosts an afternoon slot on BBC Radio 1 every weekend. Marriott Hotels is a partner of TED, the leading organisation for delivering powerful talks by today’s leading thinkers and doers.

The complimentary workshop is part of a series being hosted by the hotel chain under the banner Transform with Marriott to help empower guests and develop life hacks from a range of industry insiders. Other events include Master The Art of Tidying on 7 September and Clean Sleeping on 19 October, which claims to help you discover how to snooze your way to success.

The intimate and engaging evening events will take place at recently renovated Marriott hotels that enable the next generation to Travel Brilliantly in London – a city that itself is undergoing exciting development of some of its most iconic and best-loved landmarks.  The workshop series signals Marriott Hotels’ commitment to elevating the travel experience and enhancing every aspect of a guest’s stay.

The three workshops taking place throughout 2017 are all open to both hotel guests and the general public. Tickets are complimentary and can be booked via Eventbrite here.
