Joanne (Where Do You Think You’re Goin’?) is expected to premiere ahead of the Grammy Awards this weekend, where GaGa will be performing.

Lady GaGa has teased the upcoming music video for the piano version of her ballad Joanne, which will presumably act as the third single from the star’s country-influenced fifth album of the same name.

The announcement on GaGa’s Instagram comes as a surprise to fans, who presumed the era was done and dusted due to the last single – Million Reasons – receiving a release in November 2016.

Joanne is one of GaGa’s most personal songs to date – it was inspired by her late aunt Joanne Stefani Germanotta, who died age 19 due to complications from Lupus.

The pop superstar let fans know that the Lupus Research Alliance are receiving donations in “honour of Joanne Stefani Germanotta.”

She added: “Please consider a donation to this tremendous organization.”
