During a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Sarah Jessica Parker was asked about the future of Sex and the City.
“So she’s [Kim Cattrall] not coming back but you can still do it without her, right?” asked Ellen.
Parker responded, saying: “I think there’s a period of grief, a mourning process. And then perhaps we’ll be able to consider, for instance, you playing Samantha.”
Ellen then joked back, saying: “That’s who I identify with on that show! That is me – I am a sexual beast!
“This is a facade. When you meet me as a real person out in the world, this is a facade. This is my talk show persona!”

Parker was then pressed on the possibility of a Sex and the City 3, and she didn’t rule it out, saying: “I feel like maybe, I don’t know. I’ve just got to make up an answer.
“Because who knows? Right now I don’t know.”

Well, we certainly hope there is one!
Although, given that Ellen had to give away her busy work schedule when she responded to Eric Trump’s accusations that she is part of the “deep state,” sadly she might be too busy to play the role.
