Emily Blunt dazzles in practically perfect moving poster for Mary Poppins Returns


The world’s most famous nanny is back after 53 years.

Disney have released the first moving poster of Emily Blunt as the practically perfect nanny for Mary Poppins Returns – a sequel to the much-loved 1964 classic.

Emily takes on the role of the titular babysitter, and can be seen revealing the new and rather dazzling look of Mary – magical umbrella still firmly attached to her arm.

Mary Poppins Returns will take place over two decades after the original during Depression-era London. It will see the Banks children, Jane and Michael, all grown up and played by Emily Mortimer and Ben Whishaw.

Lin-Manuel Miranda, Meryl Streep, Colin Firth, Julie Walters and Angela Lansbury will also star.

Mary Poppins Returns will be in cinemas on 25 December 2018.
