McFly’s Harry Judd wants you to get fit and get happy with his new book


The drummer will reveal the secrets to his finely toned physique.

Harry Judd has announced plans to release a brand new book later this year titled Get Fit, Get Happy.

The McFly star will talk about the life lessons he’s learnt around maintaining a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally.

Part memoir, part richly researched fitness plan, the book aims to help people find more happiness in their lives.

“I’ve used exercise to overcome the strains and stresses of some of the most difficult moments in my life,” Harry said.

“These are issues that I know many of us have, and I’m so excited to show everyone how it’s possible to use exercise in a way that is fun, fast and free to get your head in the right place, to feel good about life and to feel great about yourself.”

Harry Judd’s new book Get Fit, Get Healthy will be published in hardback by Coronet in October 2017.
