Watch Emma Bunton perform Spice Girls hit Goodbye with Ed Sheeran

It looks like there’s a new Ginger Spice in town…

Emma Bunton – or as ’90s kids everywhere know her better as, Baby Spice – gave an impromptu rendition of the Spice Girls’ classic 1998 hit Goodbye with Ed Sheeran earlier this week.

The blonde-haired singer hasn’t lost her pure singing tone, as Ed joined in with his acoustic guitar for the genuinely lovely moment.

The redhead also joked that if they had a Union Jack dress lying around, he could join the group as the new Ginger Spice.

Ed Sheeran stopped by Emma Bunton’s Heart radio show to promote his own new singles Shape of You and Castle on the Hill.

Meanwhile, we’re all still patiently waiting to see if this proposed Spice Girls reunion will amount to anything,

Emma, along with Mel B and Geri Horner, formed Spice Girls GEM last summer and teased potential comeback shows with just the three of them.

However, it’s all gone pretty quiet recently, with Mel B hinting that it might not happen at all towards the end of last year.

That’s despite a new song titled Song For Her leaking, which included their three vocals.
