Timmy Mallett's long-lost son.
This is likely to be a stunt. For very little money, Heinz are having their ad talked about all over the place; but they haven't had too spend huge amounts buying TV time. I used to work in advertising, so I know the tricks.
Not enough space on ADD section. Read second post first and then go to top.
The climate of fear that they're encouraging is being used as an excuse to control every aspect of our lives. This government is, in the words of the late great Terry Thomas (I'm not so high-brow as to quote Franklin) ".. a shower, an absolute shower". It's time for the Tories to come back. I think that they can be trusted; and let's face it, they appear a lot more human than those awful Labour people like that sour-faced Ed Balls wife (can't remember her name) and Caroline Flint (who never stops talking over people). I don't care who knows it - I'm not ashamed - I'm comming out: I like Boris, I like Cameron, and I like Hague. And I certainly like Davis for what he's doing. It's just a pity Labour are too scared to field a candidate against him
Well, well... Tony Ben's said that he's going to campaign for Tory candidate David Davis in the forthcoming by-election. I feel quite sorry for those on the Left whose philosophy is based on principle, because over the last decade their world has been truely turned upside down. In this New Labour world it's a Labour government that is a Republican president's best friend; a Labour government that introduced Tuition Fees; a Labour government that exaggerated the threat from Saadam to involve us in Iraq; a Labour.... (well, you get the picture) For those of the Left that know their Orwell, there must be uneasy reminders of that famous last paragraph of Animal Far. And it's a Labour government that is introducing a surveillance culture where, only yesterday, it was announced that the go-ahead has been given to insert electronic chips into our wheely-bins in order to... well I don't know what the point is but I'm sure its got something to do with the "War on Terror". The climate of fear
