It means something like "in the hand", which is definitely a euphemism.
You know how we mentioned that we were learning Hebrew the other day. Well it just so happens that there is a brand new gay porn fanzine written in Hebrew, which we're getting some mates from Tel Aviv to post over to us.
In the mean time, we'll be watching this:
