Out on the Dock
Could this be 'the' LGBT party of the summer?

For the first time, one of London's most unique and stunning venues is being converted into a HUGE LGBT celebration for one day only. This Grade 1 listed building that's a short walk from Shadwell and Wapping overground stations is a hidden gem to those who do not know it.
Built in 1812 to house the city's tobacco supplies it is a labyrinth of huge warehouse-style spaces, outdoor areas and vaults which sit alongside the original dock (there's even a couple of pirate ships moored up outside).
The best thing about it is although there's plenty of light and fresh air should the weather do a typical British turn for the worse there's no danger of things descending into a mud bath - this is one party the weather really can't spoil! The line-up is super impressive and while we can't fit everything that will be there on the day we know in the Great Gallery there will be a Big Gay Reunion of four of the classic London mega-clubs: Trade, DTPM, Love Muscle and Crash.
Sink The Pink will have their own ballroom with PAs from eighties’ disco queens Sinitta and Hazell Dean for an off-the- scale camp extravaganza while opposite the Cabaret bar will house some of our best alt-scene performers including Jonny Woo, Scottee, John Sizzle, The LipSinkers and Bourgeois & Maurice.
Drag Queens of London stars, the Trannyshack crew, will be next door providing the sequinned realness from Dusty O, Tasty Tim & co. and down the gangway some of East London's best clubs including Batty Bass, Hot Boy Dancing Spot, GutterSlut, Handsome, Dish, Homoelectric, TheMenWhoFell2Earth plus many more will be keeping the beats bumping.
London’s longest running and best known LGBT r’n’b night Bootylicious will be providing the urban vibes alongside Misfits in one of the many underground vaults.
For the hairier type of customer a bit further along is the Bear Pit with Dirtbox, Tonker, Hot Fuzz & Meat and an open air terrace for the boys. This year there will also be a Girls’ Arena with Code, One Love, Clam Jam (!) next to a Champagne bar hosted by Mint – this event really does have something for everyone looking for a fun day out.
VIP tickets are available for those who don’t want to queue for the loos, coat check (or even a drink as it has its own bar). Special student tickets for £12.50 are available provided you have an NUS card as well as £16.50 tickets for key workers. Not bad at all!
