Love Tennis? Love Georgians Tennis Club

Situated in the heart of Crouch End playing fields we are a friendly, inclusive tennis club that welcomes players of all abilities.

We have recently set up a social tennis session that runs every Saturday from 2- 4pm. This session is exclusively for members and friends of the LGBT community, to come down to the club and enjoy some tennis in a welcoming environment.

The session is predominantly doubles based and everyone is encouraged to mix in and play with as many other players as possible. The idea is to have some fun, take part in a little light activity to rid the stress of the working week and meet new people.

Each session is just £5 per person and will be concluded with a glass of Pimm’s on the lawn or a soft drink if you would prefer.

About the club...

We have 8 tennis courts (4 carpet and 4 macadam) of which 7 are floodlit. We also have two small clubhouses one of which houses a well equipped gym containing a treadmill, X-trainer, power rack, power plate, etc. and a selection of free weights and kettle bells. There is also a personal trainer that runs regular circuit sessions and is available for one-to-one PT sessions.

If you’re looking for social tennis... we run a number of weekly social sessions and events throughout the year.
For those of you that are interested in a little competition... we have 3 men’s and 2 Ladies teams in the Middlesex Tennis league as well as, a Men’s, Mixed and Ladies team in the winter league. We also run two LTA tournaments and a number of internal tournaments throughout the year.

If it’s coaching you’re after... There are four coaches at the club, all of whom are highly qualified, experienced, CRB checked and have competed to a high level. They are able to coach beginners to professional players.

There are a variety of group sessions available from Cardio Tennis to Coffee morning and Beginners classes to advanced sessions.
