As known to many, the Terrence Higgins Trust is undoubtedly the leading HIV and sexual health charity within the United Kingdom. They make it their duty to a campaign for a World liberated against discrimination and prejudice, reinforcing good sexual health as the reality for all.
Not only does the charity raise huge awareness for issues regarding health but they also present events in honor of their charity. Their most forthcoming event involves depicting the story of friendship between Doris Day, Rock Hudson and Elizabeth Taylor who are regarded as ‘The leading ladies.’
The performance incidentally entitled, ‘Rock and Doris and Elizabeth’ is being performed on Sunday December 9th at the Hampstead theatre. The performance, which explores the story of Rock Hudson and his battle with AIDS is bound to trigger contrastive emotions on behalf of all audience members due to the fantastic reviews the show received when newly aired. The radio play was first broadcast on BBC radio earlier in the year.
The stage performance at Hampstead theatre will feature the following actors; Jonathon Hyde, Frances Barber and Tracy-Ann Oberman. All funds collected will gracefully be donated to the Terrence Higgins Trust. The performance will conclude with a question and answer session with the cast, along with complimentary drinks. The charitable event should certainly be one to watch.
