Heaven Is A Studio With Belinda
Fancy a cosy night in with the legendary Belinda Carlisle?

It’s no secret that we love a tragic female pop chanteuse. But we love one even more when she’s fought against the odds and come out the other side looking and sounding more fabulous than ever.
Most of us Brits had never heard of Belinda Carlisle when she burst into the charts in 1987 with Heaven Is A Place On Earth. As part of American girl group The Go-Go’s (think The Bangles but with bigger balls) she was already a legend in her native US. But when the band went kaput, Ms Carlisle went solo.
And over the next decade, she knocked out the hits while battling drug addiction. Circle In The Sand, Live Your Life Be Free, Leave A Light On and In Too Deep were all top ten hits. And when she became disillusioned with the biz they call music she spent more time with her family (we love the fact she has a gay son), finding her spiritual side and kicking the cocaine for good.
But while the album releases dried up (another one PLEASE), it hasn’t stopped her fans from demanding more. And as we asked, she listened. So this coming Sunday, May 27, she’s playing a once in a lifetime gig.
Filmed for TV and DVD, her one-off concert at London’s Metropolis studio will let us see Belinda as we never will again – in a studio environment reminiscent of the Marquee and famous TV shows like Ready Steady Go!
All guests are part of the filmed show and VIP treatment starts the moment you arrive. You’ll get complimentary drinks all night, a personal pass and lanyard before being ushered into the infamous Studio A where Belinda will belt out a blistering concert of some of her biggest hits.
And afterwards, she’ll be joining the party for a meet and greet and photographs. If you’re mad about Belinda, feel like we feel and want the same thing, then tickets are priced £195.
