Andy gives us a sneak peak at his material…

Last night we were invited to an intimate showcase with up-and-coming talent Andy Grammar, and what a talent he was... in both senses of the word.
A respectful silence fell upon the crowd in Century as Andy took to the stage and we waited breath abated; Would he be as talented as he was cute? (Turns out, yes). Not only easy on the eyes, Andy’s easy on the ears too and with the lyrical styling of Maroon 5 and The Kooks, Grammar could quite easily be the lovechild of Adam Levine and Jason Mraz.
Already a huge success Stateside, Andy performed his hit single Keep Your Head Up alongside a few others, including an acoustic rendition of Rihanna’s We Found Love. Very ‘all-American’, ‘boy-next-door with an edge’, Grammar had an undeniable boyish charm.
Singing primarily about a string of women, we wouldn’t be surprised if Andy uses his songs to rack up a few more conquests - as well as dodge speeding tickets – just one of his many chatty anecdotes.
We enjoyed the material so will make good use of our copy of his album, and maybe even forgive his awkward sex faces. (We’ll put that down to his passion for the music). Thankfully, that’s not included in the clip we’re giving you – but do feel free to thank us for introducing you to him.
