Want Sex On The Beach?
The Terrence Higgins Trust can make it (the cocktail) happen.
More from GT Scene
The guys at the Terence Higgins Trust are bringing back their pop-up Cocktail Party to brighten our day at the Old Trueman Brewery at Brick Lane. Allowing us all to kick back with a cheeky mojito and escape from the recent drab weather that we’ve been plagued with.
The one day event (supported by The Independent, Legend of Kremlin Vodka and Voss water, product placement fans) will take place on the 29 May from 7.00pm until 10.00, and if past years are anything to go by, its guaranteed sophistication. This years’ chic soiree will be offering an exclusive silent auction with prizes ranging from a viewing of your favourite film at the Sanctum Soho Hotel, to a VIP concert ticket of your choosing at the 02.
Better still, all the money raised from the event will go into THT’s project fund to help those who are at risk or living with HIV across the UK. Genevieve Edwards, who acts a Director of Fundraising for the charity promised: “The Cocktail Club is always a great night, and this year’s event looks set to be no exception. Amazing cocktails, fabulous auction prizes, and the knowledge that every penny raised will go to help people living with and affected by HIV; this is one not to be missed.”
So that’s a the party and cocktails sorted, but in case anyone’s peckish, you foodies will be treated to canapés, courtesy of Bubble foods. All this will cost you £55 and you can head on over to the website, to snap them up before they sell out, which they will, so be sure to get in there first.
And for those of you stewing over which smooth moves to pull off during the occasion, we’ll hand you over to One Direction’s, Zayn Malik, who will enlighten you footloose fanatics on how to master the art of the bump and grind.
