Lady Gaga's Born This Way Ball hits UK this September
Yes, it's that picture again. No, we're not bored of it yet. We were gonna use the one she posted on Twitter recently completely sans make up but, ironically, that one freaks us out while this one makes us smile.
So, GT400 cover star Gaga has announced new dates for The Born This Way Ball world tour – and we now know it officially hits the UK in September. That's only five months-ish. Twickenham Stadium will be graced with her presence on September 8, and Manchester Arena on September 11, followed by the Dublin Aviva Stadium on September 16. Supporting Mother Monster on the UK leg of her tour will be Lady Starlight, and, erm, The Darkness. *Tumbleweed* How weird is it to think Gaga was once the support act for the PUSSYCAT DOLLS?!
The tour kicks off on April 27 in South Korea and there's no clue yet as to what to expect from the “elecro-metal pop-opera”. Everything and the kitchen sink and a giant's bathtub a la X Factor probs. Interesting that she should call it a 'pop-opera', what with this whole concept being highly sensitive at the moment. Perhaps it'll sound something like this. This, by the way, is just one of the thousands of random, amazing orchestral covers of pop songs on YouTube that are probably gonna suck you into a black hole. Your afternoon's gone, just accept it.
Tickets for the UK shows go on sale this Friday, April 13.
