He came out live on telly This Morning.
It's not a big deal, but it sort of is something of a deal that a Hollyoaks actor casually comes out on a breakfast tv show. One day in the future, perhaps people could talk casually about their sexuality - which might actually be fluid and changing rather than one fixed identity - and people won't get in a big flap, twitter on about it, or write 'news' features and blogs about them. But until that day rolls around - lets hang out the bunting and welcome our newest member. As you can see he was a former AXM cover model.
