New Anti Gay Marriage Ad Features Miss California Carrie Prejean
The Washington DC based National Organisation for Marriage has launched a $1.5 billion anti gay marriage advertising campaign on Thursday, of course featuring Miss California Carrie Prejean.
The ad, which is called “No Offense”, warns the nation over the “consequences” of gay marriage, and invites gay marriage activists to get involved in a debate on the issue.
It seems to me as if NOM calls rather clumsy catfights between likes of Prejean and Perez Hilton a “debate” and is willing to invest $1.5 billion in it. It is also dumb enough not to realise the simple fact that the whole situation is a direct consequence of it refusing to acknowledge gay marriage, rather than anything else.
Only imagine if clowns like Prejean got a life and organisations like NOM spent such big budgets on welfare of the society. OK, I’m starting to sound like John Lennon now.
