Richard Smith's News-spunk! Straight Out Of Brighton!

A straight man is taking a case to the Court Of Appeal because work colleagues called him "faggot" and "Mr Franglais" (No. Me neither).
Stephen Richards says he was teased for years over his "homosexual tendencies" by co-workers at Thomas Sanderson Blinds - all because he lived in Brighton and went to boarding school.
An employment tribunal has already ruled that Mr English was not covered by the new Workplace Equality laws as his colleagues were "merely teasing him about his purported gay mannerisms", and not because he was gay.
You go, non-girl.
