The History of Drag: A night to remember

Heels on pet! A plethora of drag acts from past to present awaits

This month sees the opening of a one-off event to celebrate all things drag. From high heels to glittering gowns, our favourite drag artists will be in Newcastle in anticipation of Northern Pride.

The glamorous event, Dragged Through the Generations, will have performances from well known entertainers including Anna Morphic and October De Winter; Drag Idol winners in 2013 and 2014 respectively.

Hosted by Miss Rory, the night will also showcase Betty Legs Diamond and Penny Arcade to name a few.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to Northern Pride, raising vital funds whilst having an outrageous time!

Dragged Through the Generations will be open on Sunday 13 July at the Boulevard cabaret club, Newcastle. Tickets cost £5 standing, £10 seated. Available online at the Northern Pride website.
