The Wet Secrets enjoy the Nightlife

Did someone raid the Rocky Horror costume department?

Canadian indie rock group The Wet Secrets are at it again with their hot new video for Nightlife. Formed as part of a dare just a week before their debut performance, the group have a really smooth indie sound, and as a bonus their lead singer Lyle Bell is gay! Whey!

All ten songs performed at the first gig were written and recorded in just one week, that’s pretty impressive for a dare! Their video, Nightlife, bumps in to all the things you find in the night as it follows a vampire on his travels through a nightclub.

Along with the crazy snorting drugs off a toilet and the drunk weirdo pissing all over your shoes at the urinals, the quirky video is actually a really funny watch! We have to mention the fabulous end screen with some awfully terrible dancing. So bad that it is actually good.

There was a lengthy six years between their current album, Free Candy, and their second where the members were off doing other projects – for Bell it was being part of the electro-punk band Shout Out Out Out Out. We're just glad they're back!

Their new album Free Candy is available to download on iTunes, take a look at the video for Nightlife below.
