Watch: Neil Patrick Harris performing in Hedwig and the Angry Inch

Oh, and just to let you know, you can get your hands on the original soundtrack recording tomorrow, too!

We all know what Hedwig and the Angry Inch is, right? The Broadway smash about a fabulous and furious transexual punk singer played by none other than Neil Patrick Harris?

Good. Anyway, this week the cast performed at the Tony Awards, with Neil taking centre stage performing the brilliantly infectious track Sugar Daddy – a subject we know nothing about, by the way. Oh, and they also managed to scoop four awards for the show. Not bad, eh?

Seems about as good a time as any for Atlantic Records to shift the release date of the original soundtrack record to 12 June. That’s right, tomorrow!

While you're counting down the hours before you can sing-a-long with the album, why not download our latest issue, for exclusive interviews with the now award-winning show’s creators John Cameron Mitchell and Stephen Trask, lifting the lid on the hotly-anticipated sequel and explaining why Neil was born to play the role of a transgender German rock chick.

Oh, and don’t forget to check out the amazing performance of Sugar Daddy.

The album will be available to download digitally tomorrow from iTunes and the like, with physical CDs available from 15 July.
