I Will Survive singer moots move

Superstar Gloria Gaynor has spoken about her love of the UK in a new interview. Speaking to GT's July issue, out now, the US diva revealed her hopes of returning to Britain.

"I'd love to come to the UK for some shows. It's been a few years since I've performed there and I have a lot of friends there that I'd like to invite to my shows and who'd like to see me."

Gaynor also had some worldly advice for her Brit followers: "To UK fans I want to say, the most important thing you can do in life is to seek truth and surrender to it."

The singer also revealed she's releasing a new book, compiling people's stories of survival and how her I Will Survive anthem has helped them. In the new book, one man talks of how he saw his whole village destroyed and pillaged, before her song helped him find happiness again.
