Square dancing has been described as 'Friendship set to music'.
The International Association of Gay Square Dance Clubs offers support to anyone wishing to set up a gay square dance club. At present the Association has no affiliated clubs in the UK but can offer grants to get clubs off the ground and has a club in Denmark (Mermaid City Squares).
