Inner Enigma is charity supporting intersexed and transsexual people, primarily in the Manchester area of the UK. We run a monthly social meeting in central Manchester at a sympathetic, lively venue. Membership is free and is open to transsexual and intersexed people, their partners and immediate family. (Other categories of membership exist.) In addition, there are a number of other specialised services, unavailable on the NHS.
